This machine is made of pure wood pulp paper pickup wands of professional equipment. Mainly used for cotton producers, lollipop food production units, as well as use of corporate paper rod. The device has automatic feeding, automatic winding core, automatic gluing, automatic molding and other functions. 1. This line need Three Steps to complete paper stick production: 

A, Rolling stick:rolling stick machine after the paper coating made of a certain diameter paper roll bars, then cut through the rod body is cut into a separate paper stick, and then after forming the rubber roller after completion of paper rod production.

B, Drying: When rolling stick need a certain amount of glue and water (easy to roll). So just roll molding wands need to go through the dryer for drying.

C, Cutting sticks:Cut stick machine has two tasks. First, the paper cut after two rods forming customer requirements length dimensions wands, this model out of a type known as a (that is, each out of a paper stick); If the paper sticks cut after two, the middle and then cut back or both knife, once formed a two or 

three, the model is called as a Type II and a III.

2.Features:
