Solid content: 38%
Exposure timing: Yellow silk, 300 mesh count, 5um thickness, 2KW lodine gallium lamp, 1meter distance, 160seconds
Character: high resolution, soft once become film, to prevent infiltration of ink, suitable for solder resist printing. Good
adhesive with silk, anti-adhesive tape rips pulls, wide serviceability.

Instructions
1. Add water to sensitizer bottle and shake until contents dissolve. Pour dissolved sensitizer into emulsion and mix well.
2. Stir well.
3. Coat both sides of screen.
4. Dry.
5. Expose insolation.
6. Washout.
