Q1: What is the minimun order?
RE: Sample order 1set is available.
Q2: What is the payment terms?
RE: In general, we offer T/T payment,30% as deposit and balance should be paid before delivery. But if the order is relatively large, L/C can be considered. In addition, wester union, money order and credit card is available as well. If over 1 million US Dollor, L/C can be considered.
Q3: What is the Lead time?
RE: In general, 30days is available. As our capability is 1,000sq.m per month.
Q4: When shall we be able to do the production?
RE:Before the final production, the drawing and size wil be confirmed by your side once again. Of course, our technican is able to help you draw the CAD as per your requirement. When received the confirmation, then, we will start the production.
Q5: Is that sample available?
RE: Yes. Profile and door & window corner is free. Also, we are able to provide the sample as per your request.
