1.Product introduction of reversible impact crusher

The equipment is the newest kind of reversible crusher in domestic which was developed on the foreign advanced equipments. These series are suitable to break the brittleness nonmetal with its breaking pressure strength less than 120Mpa and humidity no more than 10 %( such as limestone and coal). It is widely used in the industries such as power station, mine, chemical industry and building materials, especially suitable to the breaking of coal gangue and limestone.

2. It has reasonable structure, equipped with the buffering and damping device. The machine body shocks small with lower noises and high strengthen. Crushing force of impacting material is effected on the impact part to overcome the defect of machine body deformation caused by material impact;
3. Monitoring door are set reasonably. Hinges for upper and bottom machine body, open the upper cover by hydraulic controlling, convenience to maintain and inspect;
4. It is designed with regulating part to adjust the pre-tightening force of spring easily to control the discharging size effectively and satisfy the crushing ratio;
5. Its hammer adopts the newest high hardness and wear-resistant material to improve product performance greatly and prolong product service life;
6. The impact part adopts the newest hardness, impact-resistant material with the design of tooth; regulating part adopts the newest hardness and wear-resistance material.

3.Order notes

1. Material characteristics, feeding size and discharging size should be presented in the contract.
2. The equipment is supplied as right-installed generally. Please specify in the contract if it needs to be installed at left.
3. Lubrication system is usually supplied with nipples mode. Please specify in the contract if centralized lubrication and electrical lubrication are required.
4. Standard configuration does not contain the electrical control. If needed, please specify in the contract.
