Printing material, we provide 1-2m blank material to customer for testing

3. Does your machine, ink and material have warranty?

A: about printer, we provide one year warranty for motor and boards

B: about ink and printing material, if any problem of quality, we can compensate all to my

4. Does your company can provide printing sample to us?

Of course, we can provide 1m free printing sample to our customer, we use our printer and ink.

5. Do you have engineer to provide technology on the line, it is very important for us

Yeah, we have professional engineers who can speak English, next we will have professional 

engineers who can speak spanish , before customer buy our printer, welcome to ask any 

technology problem, engineer  can talk with customer directly.

6. If  I pay to your engineer ticket and visa fees, you can send engineer to our country?

Yeah, we have 4 engineers and they mainly travel to customer’s home and work for our customers

8. Does your company travel business to visit to old customers?

Yeah, we have market manager,usually our market manager visit to our agent  once every year and 

talk business
