Q2: How can I get some samples?

We are honored to offer samples to you when the prices are confirmed. Samples are free, however, the freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will extra collect sample cost.

Q3: What’s the payment?

We accept TT, L/C, Paypal , Western Union or others method.

Q4: What is lead time?

3-15 working days, On-Time delivery.

Q5: Is small samples order available?

Yes, we do not only supply MOQ order, but also small samples order for trial test or small projects.

Q6:If we can put my company logo on products? 

We supply OEM service, it's fine to send goods with your company logo, but need to tool up the new inserts and apply the Multiple-Listing for the certificates. 

Q7: If happend with the defective products when receiving the goods, how to deal with?

 Next to impossible of the goods will be not good as before the shipping, we have many chekings to confirm the products is no problem. Then if happened, yixun will bear all the responsibility.Firstly, why this will be happen, how happen, and how to control in the future,  a table will be come out for your checking.Secondly, discussing the solution. Finally, yixun will bear all the fees if returning and changing  the goods or the loss caused.
