Function:

PLC control system, to complete bottom cover, Live components, Neutral components, Middle inserter components, upper cover and other parts of socket automatic feeding and assembly.

Application:

Be used in socket manufacturing area, to achieve automatic feeding, screw locking and assembly.

The machine includes open-type series G09, K9, series 86G06, 86K9, series national standard 5 holes, series 118 five small holes, series 3 pin air conditioning soket, to complete bottom case, line copper parts, neutral copper parts, earth copper parts, 2 plugs shutter & spring, 3 plugs shutter & spring, surface cover, out frame and other parts of wall switch assembly automatically, auto detect finished products for insertion and extraction force, conducting functional test etc..  The production capacity is 1200 to 1500 pcs per hour, can work instead of 8 to 10 workers.
