B. [Slotting mechanism.]

1. Slotting knives can be regulated 360° with a degree of precision 0.1mm.

2. The knife of slotting is of special design; it is with long life-span.

3. The gear is made by 45#steel forgings. Helical tooth is transmission

4. All the rollers is polishing by Chrome Plated

5. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reducing noise and prolonging
the service life.

6. The slotting mechanism is moving by electricity .the slotting part and printing part is connecting by cylinder

C. [Printing mechanism.]

1.Printing and slotting phase adjustment, harmonic device and transducer control
the dynamic and static 360°electric adjustment, fast and convenience

2. When the machine stops to work, the wire roller will separate itself from surface of printing plate

3.The anilox roll with automatic pressing up and down feeding system; the automatic
idle-running function of the rubber roll can prevent the ink from drying when
the operation is paused.

4. It with automatically brake system to protect the position of printing part

6. It can make up arbitrarily 1-4 colors

According to customers’ request, the printing plate of roller can choose hang plate system in order to save time and work.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.

3. We can handle shipping for customers too.

We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
