1. Warranty: one year

2. Installation
- TIMING will send one or two engineers to your factory to finish the installation.
- An appointed person from customer who is in charge of the project would stand by, when the TIMING engineers need any assistance, they can talk to him.
remark: a well organization from customer side matters much, to ensure the installation and training moves well, please check the file "ORGANIZATIONS & ARRANGEMENTS".
3. Training : 
- About the cutting software parameters setting : our technician will help you to set the right parameters for different fabrics, and we suggest you to make a record and write it down , you can make an instruction and put it on the machine.
- Instructions in this way will help the operators a lots. and when you have every new operator is able to set the machine to cut 
- About the maintenance : the training will include the daily, weekly, monthly maintenance subjects ,our engineer will teach your staff how to do the routine maintenance and inspection 
- About the consumables replacement : including blade replacement , knife sharpening stone replacement , Knife sharpening device adjustment , etc.
4. Troubleshooting : 
Software troubleshooting : 
- our engineer is able to connect your computer to check the machine status by TeamViewer , till now, for all overseas customers , a remote support in this way works very well.
Hardware trouble shooting : 
- for the mechanical problems , our technician would request you to present the problem in details, including photos , videos, thus to find out what's going wrong.
- after analysis & investigate, a solution in file or demo video instructions would be provided for your further actions , as TIMING team with professional knowledge and experience in different cases for customers in different industries, they are in a position to figure out most bugs with the machine promptly ; 
- however , if the problem fail to solved in the above way, when on-site support is a must, we will send the engineers to your factory.

remark: For engineers' travelling, the round tickets and accommodation & traffic if any should be prepaid or covered by customer side, but TIMING will not charge any labor cost.
