It have the characteristics of tear-resistance, shrink-resistance and abrasion resistance etc.
Polyester Monofilament process conveyor belting is available in a wide variety of yarn thicknesses and apertures. Polyester mesh belting is characterised by high reliability, easy handling, thermal and chemical resistance coupled with dimensional stability.

The jointing mechanism of the belts is given special attention and can be manufactured in a number of ways ranging from metallic clipper types to integrated spirals. The edges too are given extra attention and can be reinforced with special materials that make them resistant to fraying and abrasion by impregnation, encapsulation or RF welding.

PFM Linear screen cloths are supplied with heat-cut and sealed edges. This process secures the edges and prevents them from fraying and unraveling, therefore ensuring extra belt durability.
Seam types:
Endless seam makes the seaming has the same air-permeability and same strength, so the belts are more durable and can serve a long time.
Steel-clip, pin ring and spiral ring seam with locking wire are joined for easy and rapid installation.

The nature of polyester belting is such that it offers a very durable long-lasting media for extended life. Strong polyester fibers provide excellent stability.

3) Working temperature: +150°C to -75°C in dry conditions. 70°C+ in wet conditions

The 2-shed and 3-shed polyester plain fabrics are mainly used in special lines of paper making industry, such as paper pulps making, packing and liner cardboard making, etc.
Polyester plain fabrics also could be used in mining isdustry for sieing or conveyor belt, high density board making, food drying, sludge dehydration equipments, concentrate and other filtration industries.
