The machine can get all kinds of vacuum color coating on jewelry.The jewelry material can be Stainless steel Jewelry,brass Jewelry and other alloy Metal jewelry. The machine use Physical deposition technology(PVD). Titanium material reaction with 4 types of gas to get different color coating(TiN,TiAlN,TiC,TiO and other Titanium coating), the machine also adopt Middle frequency Magnetron sputtering,Radio frequency Magnetron sputtering System. It can get IPG,IPR,IPS,IPB,real gold,real rosegold,Platinum coating on jewelry surface. Most of customers in Jewelry field belong to World jewelry supply Chain. The machine also can coat other hardward,glass and ceramic products.

| BRIEF INTRODUCTION |
Usually for jewelry plating is using MF sputtering coating machine. Middle frequency sputtering vacuum coating machine mainly integrate the technology of MF magnetron sputtering and electric arc ion evaporation coating, combining the ion source and the pulse bias voltage. It is fully automatic control when coating films.
| FEATURES |
1. The principle of magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge is based on theory, the expansion of the cathode surface magnetic field close to the surface, sputtering atoms from the increased rate. Magnetron sputtering is to retain and enhance the delicate surface gloss.
2. The plasma arc evaporation source of reliable performance, optimization of cathode in the magnetic field structure and the coating can work under the current 30 A, and the coating film substrate interface produce atomic proliferation, but also has the ion beam assisted deposition characteristics
HCVAC decorative PVD films are routinely used as a replacement for electroplating. They can be applied directly over almost any substrate material and can be deposited in a wide variety of colors. The process parameters to deposit each color are stored in software recipes with different process steps. Once the coating process has started, all of the relevant process parameters are continuously monitored and controlled by the on-board computer software.
