Our delivery lead time is about 1-3 working days after Payment.

Payment method is T/T (Wire Transfer),Western Union or LC, PAYPAL,etc. it depends on the country difference.
3) How to order a machine from you?
After you confirm the order details, we will send you Proforma Invoice, including our bank account. We will prepare the order on receipt of payment. The shipping documents will be sent to you in around one week after shipment date of departure.
4) If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and give solution

1.All print heads we sell and ship are original and brand new. The print head is required to be installed by professionals.2. Once the package is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to check the package for damage. If there is any visible damage on the package, please refuse the shipping and contact us asap.
3.Due to the nature of printer parts and the many factors that go during installation, we do not accept returns or give refunds on electronic or service parts once it is installed, as the policies our manufactures do, Pls kindly understand it .
