1, Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a professional manufacturer of centrifugal pump, such as sewage pump, fire-fighting water pump, multi-stage vertical (horizontal) water pump, diesel engine water pump, water supply equipment, water pump control panel, EDJ fire fighting water pump sets and other pumps.
2, How to control quality?
A: We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure excellent quality level is maintained. We check every process very carefully. After finishing production, the product will be tested one by one to control quality. Morever the price we always maintained is strickly quality control. We have CE, ISO9001 certificate.
3, What is your trade terms, payment terms and delivery time?
A: FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW etc.30% before production, 70% before shipment. 100% T/T is the best way for us, but we also accept L/C. Usually 10-25 days for production (according your quantity). If you are in a hurry, the delivery time will be shorter.
4, If i want a quotation?
A: What's the model you want? (or provide detailed requirements)
What's the spare parts, standard or required?
What's the quantity of order, large quantity of order will get more discounts.
5, Can you provide your price list?
A: we do not have price list for many of our customers have other requirements and our price list is not satisfying them. Therefore, it will be better if you inform us your parameters, such as flow, head, power, medium, etc.
