The Function introduction  

1Gluing and edge banding

The glue mechanism adopt a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly,ensure a more solid conglutination

2End Trimming

End-trimming mechanism through a precise guide track movement,adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface smoothly.

3Fine Trimming

Fine trimming mechanism used for cutting the the additional tap over the top and bottom edge of the tap in order to make the tap and the board parallel

4Belt Scrapping

Belt scraping unit for removing the knife marks and veins made by the trimming knife and re-trimming the corner for  a perfect and smoothlty surface of the processing board

5Buffing

The buffing device adopt the very high quality cotton polishing wheel for removing the vein on the tap edge and the surplus glue marks between the tap and processing board
