The lab kneader (Banbury mixer) is widely used in the field of sealant with high viscosity, silicon rubber, CMC, battery, ink, pigment, medicine, resin, plastic, cosmetic and so on. It is a kind of high performance and ideal equipment to mix and knead the high viscosity and ultra high viscosity material.

Heat transfer oil circulation, electric heating, steam and water cooling as the temperature regulation mode of kneader can be selected. The heating and cooling of the kneader can be done with the structure of jar jacket, wall jacket and filling water or heat transfer oil into stirrers. The modes of material discharge are hydraulic jar turning over, screw discharge and bottom discharge . Jar cover opening and closing can be controlled by hydraulic pressure, the material feeding and discharging are very convenient.

The sealing of stirrer shaft adopts the unique balance structure of vacuum box (the national patent No. is ZL200420087991.3) and is favorable in particular in improving the degree of vacuum system and the purity of the material.

The kneader consists of 6 parts for kneading part, machine base, driving system, vacuum system, hydraulic system and electric control system. The kneading part consists of jar body, stirrers, wall plates and cover. All the parts contacting with the material are made of stainless steel.
