Q1:Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in HuangYan,Taizhou,ZheJiang province,China.You can fly to Ningbo airport directly.U are warmly welcomed to visit us,we can also pick you up from the airport.
Q3:How many employees in your factory ?
More than 50 technicians who have 10-15 years professional operating experience. 5 sales who has professional service in preform mould feild over 5 years.
Q4:How can i get the quotation for my own design?
Please send inquiry to us or send to below mailbox directly .If available WhatsApp &Wechat will be more effective for
communication .
.Q5:What type moulds you can make?
A:We can make all kinds of plastic injection moulds, but we are more professional at plastic bottles packaging moulds.
.Q6:Can you make the specific moulds according to customers?
A:Yes. Drawings or samples will be appreciated.
.Q7:Can you print customers’ logo?
A:Yes. PDF files or pictures will be appreciated.
.Q8: What is the mould design software?
A: CAD,UG etc.
.Q9: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is about 35-45working days.
Q10: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, We will provide samples to our customers after the final test for free.
Q11： What is the term of payment ?
40% T/T deposit,60% T/T before delivery after confirmation of the testing samples.
Q12: Is there any Free spares for the mould ?
Yes,Core&Cavity&Screw thread will be according to the mould cavity number. Basic equipment will be 1pc of heater strip,6pcs of seal rings,8pcs of water nozzle .Temperature controller is included.
