Product Description
Applications of :
1. For roughly crushing big substances into small pieces before fine grinding;
2. Size of input meterial: less than 100mm;
3. Size of output product: 0.5-20mm ( adjustable by changing sieves );
4. Capacity: 80-1500 kg/h;
5. GMP design.
Working principle of :
industrial primary rough pulverizer consists of machine body frame, drive motor, feeding hopper, and crushing chamber. Material is fed into the crushing chamber via the feeding gate. With the high-speed rotating rotor and cutters, material is completely sheared and cut into small pieces. The centrifugal force pushes the product through a sieve which is around the breaking chamber to get required size.
industrial primary rough pulverizer has been widely used in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry as primary crusher, especially for rough pulverizing herbs, dryed mashroom, fish bone etc before fine grinding.
