Q1: What is the warranty for the products? 

A1: We offer 2 years guarantee for the products. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we will provide replacement.

Q2: How about the delivery time? 
A2: 1-2 days for stock.

       7-14 days for new order depend on order quantity since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment.

Q3: What kind of payments does you support? 
A3: T/T, Western union, L/C, DA, DP are accpeted.

Q4: What's the MOQ for the power amplifiers? 
A4: Very Low MOQ, 1piece for sample checking is available.

Q5:Do you accept OEM/ODM? Is it ok to print my logo on the amplifiers?

A5: YES! Welcomed to OEM or ODM. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6:How to deal with the faulty?

A6: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.1%.
Secondly, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity during the guarantee period. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.

1. For big order or regular orders, I will add some spare parts following delivery, so that you could repair without delay.

2. We will provide technician support for over one year, but you should pay for spare parts and shipping cost at that time.

3. We provide two years warranty;

4.In case the sample is burned in the future, please tell us the problem. We will give you repair instruction with pictures. Please just ask your technician to replace burned components, then solve the problem.
5.If you can't purchase these burned components from your local market, we will send you for free. But if you want the complete boards for swap, you should pay.

Of course, we assure that each goods are tested before delivery and it is impossible to deliver one sample without tested before delivery.
