Planetary Ball Mill

The YKM-1L is a kind of planetary ball mill, which can grind coarse particles into micro powders. It can mill the materials from 3~10mm maximum into 0.1~1um minimum powder. YLK Planetary Ball Mill Machine can deal 0.1L to 100L material per time depends on the model choose. Widely applied in industries of chemical, medical, construction, mineral, etc.

Various jar for different ball mill: stainless steel / agate / zirconia /cementer cabide / aluminum oxide (ceramic) / PU (polyurethane) / nylon / PTFE (teflon) / vacuum stainless steel / etc. 

Working Principle

YLK Ball Mill Machine can grind different substances depend on the grinding jar material, such as stainless steel, agate, ceramic, zirconia, tungsten carbide, etc.
For example, while being used for soil heavy metal analysis in lab, it needs 4 agate jars. The jar revolves both round the turnplate axis and on its own axis in reverse. Samples in jar crash and rub with the milling balls in very high speed motion and eventually achieve the crash, grind, mix & disperse of samples automatically. It has 3 types of mill methods: dry mill, wet mill and vacuum mill. Two or four grinding tanks can work together.
