1pcs/2pcs /3pcs ball valve cost and different

 A- the 2pcs ball valve is dearer than 1pcs ball valve! 3pcs ball valve is the expensive than  other two types in the same size! 

B-1pcs ball valve is cheapest, not mean it is bad, just the common ones use in home, family water supply or other simple liquid fuid control! the stainless steel make it better than other plastic materials! the high temperature (200 centigrade) or lower temperature(-20 centigrade)  , stronger! cheaper because it is one body valve!, necking desigh, the flow is one third of same diameter valve, the home and general  use not mind this!

C- the 2pcs  ball valve is good at the seal , and stand for the high pressure working enviroment!  max the 20Mpa!

D- the 3pcs ball valve is very easy to install and uninstall, like the flange! for the industries, easy to maintenance!  but not have the highest pressure, max 6.4Mpa!

    note!  The cast steel part is need very good surface, so the fix of wax model is very important, but many factory pass this to speed up produce, we have the many people to check this, but slow down the produce!  

  the threaded and the after process,  we do not use the thread tools to do it once, but the seperated it is to cnc machinese to smooth the thread surface and other connection! , make the quality perfect, not 99%, but the 100%! so we provide the steel parts to CHINA high-speed railway brake system  for long time, no  bad broken in the runing time!

In the sealed system and high clean  enviroments, we can provide the good prodcurts, make it is 99.9% level reliability!

everything make the our cost is higher than other manufactuers, so please know what you want and price!

  the stainless steel is the Ni and Gr element is the key, we can promise these , It is checked  by German A spectrometer(some factory never check the raw materials when they melt to cast)

         most 300 series Stainless steel is good at lower temprature work and high temperature than other metal(-30 to 300 centigrade, not all state!) and cheap! but it is the gas and liquid, not the solid, the wate changed to ice, the volume is bigger, can damage manything of all system like in the winter! not other stainless steel type, etc 200 series and 400 series, like the glass, easy break , and copper can work in the lower temperature, but the ammonia have the active feature to the copper metal, not safe! also if the short time half a year or one year!  that cost much for the change of pipes every year! we can not say it is best of all supplier, just say we do it carefully and following the instructions!
