It applicable to all kinds of technical colleges, vocational colleges used for the examination of the relevant courses of technician, such as "radio debugger", "electronic equipment loading and connecting". It also applies to the teaching and training, innovative design and skills competition of electronic technology courses.

A: No, we could offer the sample for not free charge but do pay some of sample's cost of freight. Maybe some small size products could be free but it's freight can't be afford. It's depends on products. Most of our products are in big size and worth too much, so that they couldn't be free, including their freight.
