Natural Zeolite in dry mixtures and building materials.
Zeolite is used as an active mineral supplement in the manufacture of dry mixes, cements, concrete solutions, foam and aerated concrete.
Can be applied:
• to add into the dry mixtures, concrete with aim to save the cement and reduce cracking of concrete;
• as a filler of concrete solutions, as zeolite is not caking, thus eliminating the usage of anti-caking agent;
• to produce high-strength concrete;
• as a lime-zeolite binder component for autoclave and without autoclave silicate concrete;
• as a binder component and the concretes made on its base;
• in the production of calcium silicate bricks;
• for the production of dry mixes, including for the production of drying plaster;
In the production of cement, dry mix, aerated and foam concrete:
• shortening the duration of stiffening - beginning for 1.5 hour and the end for 3 hours.
• increases the specific surface to 800-1900 m2/t.
• increases grade of cement for 30-40 units.
Packing & Loading: 20KGS, 15KGS, 500KGS, 1000KGS PER BAG, Palletzing acceptable.

What is Zeolite ?
Zeolites are naturally occurring porous minerals that look like honeycomb in structure and act like tiny sponges. They can absorb and modify some harmful or unwanted elements from soil, water and air. In the garden, they are well known for their ability to absorb heavy metals such as lead and chromium. Interestingly, however, they can simultaneously absorb beneficialnutrients, especially nitrogen and ammonia for soil, and then release them back at a rate more evenly and effective for plant root development. Due to their anatomical structure, they do not lose nutrients easily from leaching.
What are advantages for zeolite in Concrete building usage?
Zeolites are naturally-occurring porous aluminosilicate minerals that impart improved hydraulic cementing properties when added to cement and concrete, giving them improved strength.
Natural zeolite can be used to prepare lightweight concrete for construction. Its porous silicate structure makes zeolite much lighter than sand and provides increased volume per tonne with s similar hardness and strength. Zeolite is free from clay (clay reduces overall strength of concrete) and zeolites' porous structure holds moisture thus facilitating more rapid curing of the concrete.
