2 The stator is one of the main wear parts of single screw pump. The stator will be worn because of the solid composition, pressure and viscosity of the conveying medium and the rotation of the rotor.

The stator surface is worn, will cause the rotor and the stator no longer has the seal, the stator must replace promptly.

Introduction of screw pump rotor

1The center part of the screw pump is composed of rotor and stator. Screw rotors are usually made of metallic materials and are made into unique twist angles through special cutting machines. A special structure consisting of a steel rotor and an elastic stator makes it capable of conveying materials containing solid particles.

2 The rotor is placed in the stator, sealed together in a helical structure. When the rotor rotates, the internal continuity of the stator is running, the liquid in the closed space runs continuously, conveying out from the suction side of the "No pulsation" and "quantitative" transmission.The outer thread and the thread of the rotor are made according to the special processing;

The introduction of screw pump coupling rod

1.The connecting Rod Group consists of connecting rod, universal joint,coupling rod, guide bush, rubber rings, and a rubber sheath, connecting rod pin, retaining sleeve,steel wire rings, drive shaft, etc.

4 If the rigidity of the connecting rod is not enough, it will cause the bending deformation of the rod body and the universal joint, resulting in the eccentric grinding of the coupling rod, guide bush, thecoupling rod bush, etc.

Function of connecting rod:

The connecting rod is used to connect the drive shaft and the rotor , and transmit the actuator force to the rotor, thus driving the rotor to rotate the motion. According to the requirements of the media, the joint shaft can be installed with a broken bridge aid flow device

Material of connecting rod:

The main damage form of the connecting rod is fatigue fracture and excessive deformation. Generally, the fatigue fracture area is three high stress areas on the connecting rod. The working condition of the connecting rod requires that the connecting rod has high strength and anti-fatigue performance, and it also requires sufficient rigidity and toughness. Traditionally, the materials used in the process of connecting rod are 304, 316L, 40Cr, 2Cr13, 2205, 904L and so on.

Introduction of drive shaft

1. Drive shaft is the part for connecting and assembling various accessories, and turning cylindrical object parts.

2. The drive shaft is composed of a shaft tube, rubber sheath, seal and a universal joint .

3.The screw pump drive shaft is the drive power transmission to the coupling rod, thus driving the rotor rotation. Several components are connected by a universal joint or a flexible shaft.

Screw pump drive shaft common sense:

1.The overall layout of the screw pump determines the dimensions of the drive shaft and their range of change. If the drive shaft is damaged, worn, deformed, and loses its dynamic balance, will cause abnormal sound and vibration in the running screw pump,When serious, it can cause the related parts to be damaged,So the rationality of the drive shaft design will directly affect lifetime of universal joint assembly and drive shaft, and efficiency of universal drive and stability of screw pump operation

Non-assembly mechanical seals

Tighten the screws evenly.

4.The installation of one-way rotation (that is, the loop or hook spring transmission) mechanical seals, especially attention to the spring rotation, its rotation should be the same as the axis rotation direction, so that the spring more tightly. From the mechanical seal to the end of the static ring to see, to determine the rotation direction of the axis, clockwise direction for the right, counterclockwise direction for the left rotation

Second, operation and precautions

1. Mechanical seals was absolutely not allowed dry turn ,the pump must be fully vented before the device starts, so that the media is filled with sealed cavities before the device can be opened.

3. Before the equipment operation, should start flushing water, 5 minutes later, start the mainframe;

4. If you do not open flushing water, will lead to sealing surface dry friction, high temperature, seal ring burnout and seal ring coking, which will lead to complete failure of the seal. The phenomenon is more prominent in the two-terminal and multi-faceted structures.

5. In the operation of equipment, should always check whether the flushing water is unblocked, pressure to meet the requirements;During operation, flushing water cannot be interrupted or stopped.

6. Tthe best way to operate the pump is continuous work,If you must stop, you should rinse the backflow sediments from the pipes and pump cavities.If the equipment is to be stopped, it must be shut down for 5 minutes before the flushing water can be turned off.
