2.1 Materials of support and fixtures \tMade of 40*40 square aluminum with high intensity ,thickness 2.0mm

With square steel optional for less quality one

2.2 Electric Control\tOne electric control box installed at one end of the line ,with switch to control the lights power ,with switch to control the plugs(sockets) power, with switch to conveyor the conveyor power ,with switch to control the whole line general power and one speed regulator for conveyor speed adjust .

2.3 Lighting arrangement\tOne 18W 4 feet T8 led tube lights equipped at the top of the working position ,ensure brightness.

2.4 Air Pressure Source \tOne air pressure source supply port open for each work table .

2.5 Conveyor height\tNormally it is 750±20mm ,with height height of the work table ,your other requirements can discussion before order.

2.6 Conveyor Width\tNormally the Conveyor width is 400mm

2.7 Conveyor speed\tDriven by one 1HP AC Motor ,speed Adjusted by a regulator button,up to 10M/min adjustable

2.8 Weight of Conveyor can carry on\tThe conveyor belt maximum can carry on 400kgs ,with goods spray on the conveyor belt evenly

2.9Second board \tSecond board arranged 300mm above the conveyor belt,the board width 300mm,for convenience to put/save some devices on it .

2.10 Materials of work table Cover\tAdopt ESD(Eletro-Static discharge) green PE Rubber ,evenly paste on the surface of the table ,with fire-proof characteristics .

2.11 Work table sizes\tEach independent table sizes: 800*600*750mm\tLong table sizes: 1180*400*750mm

213.Smog exhaust device\tIf need,one exhaust device will arranged for each work position ,the smog take out by air pressure absorb through the pipe .

Q1.My factory space is limited ,can i make smaller sizes ? for example 8m in length .

A1.Yes, we can make the assembly line in any sizes of your requirements ,but if space allow , we suggest you make it at 12M standard model ,it will more economical for production cost .



Q2.Aluminum profiles is much expensive to me ,i want to make it by steel ,can you do it for me ?

A2.Of course ,in the last few years , we usually made of steels ,but now we update it to aluminum with high standard requirements from European customers .



Q3.I am from Europeans , i saw your plug sockets is not suitable to us ,can you change it for us ?

A3. Dear Europeans sockets plug available for your requirements and prices same .



Q4.I have my own design drawing for the assembly line ,can you make it for me ?
