Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory with 22 years' experience.

Q2:What are the products of our factory ?
A: The products are Dc cooling fans , Ac cooling fans, Blower cooling fans, Cpu cooling fan, VGA cooling fan.Our fans from 40mm-220mm . We can also do cooling fans as customers' requirement.We are honored to offer you samples.

Q3:What characteristics determine the lifetime of the fan?
A:In a well designed fan, the lifetime of the ball bearing is the limiting factor in the lifetime of the fan. Bearing life is related to the size of the bearing, the speed of the fan, the load of the fan, the grease used, and other factors.

Q4:How do we carry out quality control?
Usually, there are two ways to monitor reliability during the manufacturing process.
* Early Life Test
This is used as a mean of process control aimed at identifying any latent manufacturing problems and determining the effectiveness of burn-in. Every day, 5 samples will be picked up randomly from one of the production lines for burn in at 50°C+/-5°C for 24 hours.
*On-going Reliability Demonstration
This is a longer-term program aimed at providing data on continuous basis to demonstrate the reliability of product. 10 units per month are randomly collected from one of the production lines for burn-in for 168 hours at 50°C+/-5°C. Units are monitored and tested on daily basis. Failed units will be analyzed and corrective actions taken where necessary.

Sample lead time:3-5 days
Mass production Delivery lead time: 1 -3 weeks(Depend on the quantity)
Delivery Ways: DHL ,UPS Door to Door service ,By Air ,By Sea ,etc.

Q6:What can I do if we can not find the suitable fan model in the fan list?
