Instead of using a 3rd party universal-purpose press such as Uniflex machine, we developed our own swaging machine which makes the swaging much faster and most of all much more accurate. The laser metering system controls the precision of the swaging to 0.1mm for the best interlock of the rebar and the coupler., combining the improved coupler material property, our system ensures the high performance as well as reliability, and conforms to the popular standards such as ACI 318, Eurocode 2, BS 8110, DIN 1045, IBC, AASHTO, ASME Sec III Div 2.and suitable for use in stadiums, bridges, dams, power plants and high-rise buildings for normal and seismic loads.

- Good for rebar cage where both rebars can't be rotated.
- High-grade annoy steel, great ductility with high stregnth.
- Bar break assured even with rebar grade BS B500, ASTM Grade 75.
- Much faster than making thread on rebar
- Easy installation at site, no need for torque wrench.
