Automatic rocker arm case packer adopts high-speed distribution device to pack various containers, including plastic flat bottles, round bottles, irregular bottles, paper cans, glass bottles in various sizes,such as round bottles, ellipse bottles and square bottles, in addition, it also applies to package with cross board.

The bottle grippers (with rubber inside, preventing the bottles from damaging) take up the bottles, and put it into the opening carton, when the gripper raises up, the carton will be moved to the carton sealer.

This machine adopts PLC+ display touch screen control system, and there is a bottle shortage alarm which will stop the machine when lacking of bottles and safety device that stops packing when there are no bottles.

This machine reduces labor intensity and quantity greatly, is an essential equipment for large-scale automatic production.
