Product Description
Our innovative technology in PE battery separator production:
1. We use block double screw extruder, by specific draw ratio and adjusting screw arrangement to enhance product capacity.
2. We use chilled water to cool in shaping process. By cooling ionic membrane very fast, we enhanced anti-piercing capacity and antioxidant capacity, and at the same time, reduced contraction of the later process, enhanced stability of the final product, and expanded the working life.
3. We use multistep extraction method for oil control, which can extract hot melting filler step by step to ensure even contraction of the ionic membrane, low aperture and high aperture ratio, to decrease resistance and ensure oil content.
4. We use both surface contact drying and hot air convection drying to recycle organic solvent effectively.
5. We use tow-face tape roller to decrease water effectively and at the same time ensure even surface activation.
6. All the equipment and production engineering are home-made, breaking monopoly of foreign companies.
7. We use computers to realize level to level control and centralized processing to enhance product stability and reduce labor cost.
