Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in carton box, some goods have pp bag.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A:If your quantity is very small, such as several pieces, we need 100%T/T in advance, If your quantity is very large,we can accept 30%T/T as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, we need 3-7days for the goods we have stock. If your quantity is really very large, we need to talk about the lead time, but we can make sure we will try our best to supply goods as soon as possible.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
