The 3D printing equipment adopts FDM technology(fused deposition modeling), it mainly print high temperature filaments, including PEEK, PC, PEI(Ultem), nylon, etc., and can also print most normal temperature filaments, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, wood filled, carbon fiber, PVA, HIPS, etc.

1. Achieve high printing quality: XYZ axis consist of industrial linear guide rail and closed-loop motor, Z axis use industrial ball screw; all metal enclosed housing, double metals constant temperature chamber; achieve the printing quality of high resolution, high speed and high stability;

2. Vacuum absorption build plate: build plate consists of silicone heating plate(max 135℃), vacuum absorption plate and temperature-resistance plate, achieving flatness of printed objects’bottom, lowering edge warping probability, helping user to quickly take printed objects out;

3. Quick changeable dual nozzle: optional high temperature nozzle(max 430℃) and normal temperature nozzle(max 275℃), achieving temperature requirements of different filaments (including high temp materials and normal temp materials). One nozzle print object and the other print support, moreover dual nozzle can print two colors object; quick changeable design make maintenance more convenient;

4. Constant temperature heating chamber: double-layer stainless steel heat-insulation chamber, inner heated air circulation, achieving maximum constant temperature 100℃(±5℃), effectively relieve effect of cooling shrinkage of printed objects, achieving no edge warping;

5. Featured functions: print resuming, filament supply detector, vacuum absorption plate, automatic shutdown, air filter, WIFI control and other customized functions according to your requirements.
