Product Description

♥ SM superplasticizer is a free-flowing,spray dried powder of a sulphonated polycondensation product
based on melamine.

♥ SM has very strong absorption and dispersion effects to the cements. It is the one of leader concrete superplasticizer which have the better integrative index.

♥ SM has high water reducing effect,non-air-entrained type, low Cl ion content to avoid steel-bars corrosion, and good adjustability to different cement.

♥ SM has excellent film-forming ability. Excellent color-permanence and color-retention effect for concrete and color mortars.

 Usage & Dosage

⇒ Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product,which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application.

⇒ Recommended dosage: 0.2%-1.0% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

 Shelf Life

⇒ 12 months since production.
⇒ For product stored over shelf life, test confirmation should be done before use.
⇒ This powder is easy to absorb the moisture from the air, so it must be kept in the original sealed bag and stored at the dry place. The temperature must not exceed 40℃. Do not be piled up too high.
