 I.Structure And Features

This product uses the special processing technology, can achieve the purpose of heat exchange with two kinds of corrosive media,breaks the technology of the original steel lined anti-corrosion structure and avoids the equipment manage caused by different coefficients of expansion. The produce has advantages such as good baffling effect, high heat transfer efficiency,stable and reliable operation,long service life,strong shock resistance and easy maintenance.

This type uses PTFE as sealing and pressure string as automatic compensator. Applying with advanced process and with advantages of high efficiency of heat transfer, stable operation.

The blocks and head manufactured by graphite impregnated with high heat-conducting phenolic resin or furan resin (λ=80~110kcal/m.℃) which can resistant with inorganic acid, organic acid, salt solution, alkali, solvent except strong oxidizing media like nitric acid, strong sulfuric acid, chromic acid, hypochlorous acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing salt solution. The corrosion-resistance property can reference to the appendix.

This cylindrical block can apply for heater, cooler and condenser or evaporator once add the gas-liquid separator with full graphite or steel lined with rubber.
