2. Courier and air shipping service
We provide courier and air shipping for samples and small testing orders. For detail shipping cost, please contact with us with your estimated order quantity and shipping destination.

3. Sample policy
We provide free samples while the shipping cost should be borne by the buyer.

4. Guarantee
A. 15 days free replacement: within 15 days of purchase, if it is found with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the light.
B. 12 months free warranty: Within 12 months of purchase, we offer free warranty for any defect occur under normal usage (non-human factor). We provide FREE REPLACEMENT for the defects products.
C. Limited lifetime warranty: If problems develop after 12 months of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials and no extra reparation fee will be charged.

We pay a lot of time and energy to take photos of our products. Some one steal our photo directly and use in their website. This harm us deeply. So we put water marks on our product to prevent this. If you want picture without water marks, please contact with us directly.

2. Working hours
Our working hours is 9am to 17pm GMT+8. And your usually will be replied within 24 hours after we get it. There is a delay in the Alibaba system. So it may be 24 hours later after your make the inquiry.
