A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-7 days for sample order. or it is 15-20 days for container order, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

A: Yes, But you need to pay the sample charge and freight cost.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: Payment<=1500USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1500USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.

Q: Warranty?

A: The frame is 3 years, battery, motor with transaxle/electromagnetic brake, controller, other parts all is one year.
