A: Generally hot products are available in stock. The warehouse stocks 20~200 cartons, and the stock product MOQ is 1 carton. Customized product MOQ is 10-20 cartons.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Shipment within 48 hours when in stock, and 2 weeks after receiving the deposit for customized orders.
Q: How do you do QA and QC?
A: We have professional team do strict QA, 99.7% product percent of pass.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: Is it possible to customize special order? Do you undertake OEM/ODM order?
A: Of course. We have R&D department to design any special products. OEM/ODM are welcome. We provide development, production, sales and service of plastic trays, plastic cups, food containers, sealed trays, cake/sushi boxes, etc.

A: We never do that.it's violation of business ethics.We protect every customer's patent product.
