Product Description

XR10S has always been a popular brand. The grain size is 0.7 μm, HRA = 92, the cobalt content is10%, and the consistency and reliability of XR10S performance are the main factors for its success. XR10S provides the best combination of cemented carbide strength, toughness, wear resistance and blade edge. XR10S is widely recommended for solid and hole tools. The microstructure of XR10S is consistent with the excellent matrix. In addition, special additives make good corrosion without loss of toughness. Especially suitable for milling and drilling. It is mainly used for heat resistant alloy material, stainless steel, gray cast iron, titanium alloy and steel glass. Low cutting speed, high feed rate and intermittent cutting can be used in machining.
