Product Description

Bitumen Membrane Production Process

The production process of waterproof roll is to heat the asphalt by heat conduction oil furnace and melt it.After mixed modification of asphalt, rubber powder, waste oil, resin and talc powder, it will be imported into the production line, and then the tire base will be formed..Asphalt modified waterproof material made from front and back composite pefilm or rock particles. The material is formed from the tread base to the cooling, and automatically adjusted by tension, towed to the roll-felt machine, rolled into finished material.
