Zhangjiagang Huayu Imp&Exp Co.,Ltd is specialized in merino wool underwear, sportswear and different kinds of knitted accessory. 
All our merino wool is imported from New Zealand and Australia, the quality is from 17.5micron to 21micron, we can made 100% merino wool, also merino wool with cotton, polyester, acrylic, tencel, bamboo, bamboocharcoal, polypropylene, silk, modal and so on. 
We can made different kinds of fabrics such as single jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, jacquard, double layer and so on. The fabric weight can be made from 150gsm to 400gsm.
We have the special sewing machines such as flatlock and active seam.

We can made different kinds of accessory such as beanie, scarf, headband, gloves and so on.The gauge is from 1.5GG to 16GG. All knit machines are bought from Germany named STROLL. The knit piece is with high quality.

Q3:What is your payment term ?
A3: T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment )or L/C at sight. It’s negotiable,or Western union .

A4: FOB Shanghai 

Q5:How long do you need to make samples?
A5: It depends on your design ,usually ,it is 7-10 days

Q6:How long about the bulk production lead time?
A6:about 90 days after your sample and deposit confirmed

Q7:To make our logo on the products, do we need to open mold?
A7: Yes, if you want to make your own logo on it , please send us your design and detailed information for the patent, we will sign the non-disclosure agreement with you

Q8: How do you make sure product quality?
A8:our factory has GOTS and WOOLMARK certification, my merino wool yarn factory has OEKO-TEX100 certification.if you want to test the fabric, we can send the products to SGS and ITS.

Q9:How do you deliver you products 
A9:By air, sea or express companies.

Q10: Will the sample cost be returned after we place an order?
Q10:Yes, it will be refundable when your order reach to 1000pcs/style in one color.
