General Information :
The acrylic Foam Tape RT8000 Series, which is made by a special process, has a superior adhesion performance and high flexibility.
This tape is specially designed for exterior and interior parts attachments of automobiles.
The Acrylic Foam Tape can work well on the TOYOTA Anti Acid Paint and Scratch Resistant Paint.

To the TOYOTA Anti Acid Rain Paint and Scratch Resistant Paint surface
Meets the TOYOTA specification of “The pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape for exterior parts
and has a superior initial adhesion performance and durability.
Has the same workability as the standard type on the conventional paint.
Doesn’t detach from the paint surface because of a superior stress relaxation properties.
Still has a superior adhesion performance on the conventional paint surface, and can be used for the same
applications as the standard type acrylic foam tape.
Follows the shrinkage and elongation of the plastic part caused by the temperature change, and has good stress
relaxation properties which are very important for the automotive parts attachments.
Provides a very high final adhesion and peeling strength.
Excels in a variety of weather, solvent and high temperature resistance.

Instant bonding
Pressure sensitive acrylic foam bonds two substrates together on contact with no drying time.
Shock absorption
The acrylic closed cell foam has properties that absorb shock and impact. A variety of thick nesses are available.
Stress distribution
The continuous bond distributes stress over the entire length of the joined surfaces.
Expansion and contraction
Acrylic closed cell foam remains flexible to accommodate material expansion and contraction caused by temperature extremes. What’s more, specialty bonding tape also allows for differing expansion and contraction rates of dissimilar substrates, such as plastic bonded to metal.
Waterproofing
Bonding tape creates a permanent seal against environmental elements.
Conformability
Specialty bonding tape is flexible and conforms to irregularities of rigid substrates, even when there might be a slight mismatch, while maintaining high internal strength.
Design flexibility
Precision die-cutting to fit any shape, size or profile maximizes design flexibility while helping to minimize assembly time.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: It depends on the size and materials you want. If you use the materials that are our common stock, any small quantity is acceptable.
Q: Can we get sample freely? How long will it take to get a sample? What about the delivery cost?
A: Yes, we can arrange sample before you place a full order. We can provide A4 sheet or width less than 10mm roll samples for free by express collect. Sample lead time is within 7days.
