Model JRF series coal fuel hot air furnace is manufactured by our factory, it is a vertical cylinder metallic case coal fuel indirect heating hot air furnace. It was designed by China Agricultural Engineering Institute, Through 5 times improved, the quality has already in the leading position in China. It had already get the National Technique Patent at Feb 2, 1989. The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in its one body and adapts the newest indirect heating technology with the part of high temperature to carry out heat exchange. The heat efficiency can reach as high as 65-80%. There’s characteristics of quick in temperature raising, small volume, convenient in installation resistant, use life is longer than tubular hot air furnace. The temperature of sent hot air will reach to 300℃. It adopt special design, the temperature of sent hot air will reach to 500℃-800℃. Meanwhile, it adopt vertical scouring type radiation pieces and negative pressure suction to remove smoke, the place heat exchange does not accumulate dust. Sot it does not need to clean and the thermal performance is stable. It can use all kinds of coal or firewood as fuel, and it including the device of secondary inlet flow.
