Q: How many years is the boiler’s life?
A: The boiler is designed for at least 20 years life.
Q: Can I get guarantee of products?
A: Yes, every product is 1 year quality warranty under customer correct using the products.
Q: How is the warranty term?
A: If any problems caused for quality during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the broken parts for free, if the problem caused from the client’s side, the Seller will help supply the spare part at lowest cost.
Q: Do you have any Certificate?
A: Yes. Each of our boiler has China GB and ISO9001certificate
Q: How to install a boiler?
A: Our boiler provides completed installation drawing and manual, or send engineer abroad for installation guidance.
Q: What about the maintenance?
A: I will offer you the timely maintenance way sheet after installation of the boiler mainly parts.
Q: How to choose a boiler model?
A: Confirm the type (steam or hot water), capacity, pressure (or output temperature need) and fuel(coal, biomass, gas or oil) of the boiler, we will suggest a suitable model based on your usage.
Q: What about the production?
A: Produce time is 30 days.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: T/T is very well used. We also accept other ways, depending on the circumstances.
1) T/T with 30% deposit, when we sign the contract and the rest 70% should be paid by T/T before goods delivery from us. The payment accepted by our company's bank account are USD, RMB and Euro.
2) Alibaba Trade Assurance as the payment term with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. The payment accepted by our Alibaba Trade Assurance account only for USD.
