This is a Tubular Turbine which also named bulb turbine and straight flow turbine. the unit capacity of our kaplan turbine ranging from 0.3KW to 5MW.

Kaplan turbine has below advantages:

1. The inlet pipe and draft tube both are straight, its stureture is simple which decreased the water pressure lose, and its civil works is very easy.

2. Tubular turbine with high flow ability and high speed, working in same water head and flow rate its runner is smaller then other turbines.

3. Owing to compact structure, its size is samller then others, and its civil works could save 20% compared with other turbines. 

Our tubular turbine  can be designed with fly wheel. It has equipped governor that makes cusomter able to control the power and speed on contorl panel.

The efficiency of our tubular turbine could reach 90% and it can be off-grid and on-grid running, the control system is full automatic.

Just tell me the water head, flow rate, our senior engineer will work out the solution for you. The turbine capacity: P=Flow rate(cubic meter/second) * Water head(m) * 9.8(G) * 0.8(efficiency). 

3. What information shoul I provide for getting the quotation?

We need to know water head, flow rate, voltage level, frequency, on-grid or off-grid running, automation level from you to work out the solution.

4. When my turbine shut down, who can help me solve the problem?
