YK-60 Sway Granulator For Lab Test
Main Application:
This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry, it is a popular granulating machine used for forming the granule sizes from moist powder material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.Oscillating Granulator is used for both wet and dry granulation process. Oscillating Granulators make quality of granules better. The unique oscillatory rotor action ensures high output and efficient granulation. Oscillating Granulators are available in Standard & GMP models with SS 304 / SS 316L Contact Parts. Explosion proof motor is optional in some special application.
Working Principle:
The principle of an oscillating granulator is to mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size, rotor speed, and the rotor's rotation angle.
Working Principle
1.Hopper
Inject raw material, the material could be dried block or wet powder. A cover to prevent dust is optional.
2.Hand wheel
Tighten hand wheel to control mill-screen, lock it by ratchet mechanism.
3.Machine base&Body
Provide a stable foundation for normal operation.It is constructed with quality stainless steel to meet GMP standard.
①SS304 OR SS316 is available. ②High quality casters with brake are easy to move and stop.
4.Mesh screen
It is optional according to customer's requirment. Can be stainless steel(304 or 316L), wire mesh or nylon net.
From 5 mesh to 60 mesh
5.Gear Reducer
The utility model is suitable for granulation in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields.
