Choose the case outside design you like, such as surface logo way, zipper, handle way etc.
Step3:
Confirm the inner design of case, if need zipper pocket or inner tray required? we have three kinds of inner tray for your option, sales will show you one by one
Step4:
After all details confirmed, quote will be arranged
Step 5:
Sample production, take about 10-15days for custom made sample:raw material preparing, mould building, cutting tooling making, logo making etc.
Step 6:
Mass production after golden sample approval.

Our Process
Laminating
Layers of materials are laminated with composite machine.
Cutting
Raw materials are cut by cutting machine according to different specifications.
Fast Tooling
The tooling of our EVA case is faster and less costly compared with that of plastic & metal case.
Thermoforming
EVA case is shaped by molding machine to the shape that is required.
Logo
Silkscreen, Rubber, Voltage, Digital Printing, Heat Transfer, Metal , Embossed, Debossed , Offset Printing, Woven Label Logo, etc.
Stitching
The net bag and zipper are sewn on the edge
Glue
Glue the lower cover and the inner cover together with glue.
100% Inspection
During this process, we will check an inspect everything from exterior appearance to size to the smallest accessory carefully to make sure there’s zero defect.(more about...)

The material is also uniquely suitable for thermoforming and cost-effective tooling due to its high level of chemical cross linking and uniform cell structure. The result is a semi-rigid, yet ultra-soft, cushion for the most critical cargo.
