1)Q: What's your MOQ? Can I do less quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 150 pcs or sets; if below our MOQ, the price will be higer. We can also not accept embroidery oders below our MOQ.
2) Q: How to make sample orders? And what's the delivery time for samples?
A: You can choose the items from our website or send your designs, after we get your sample charge we will make samples for you.
It will take 3-7 days to finish the samples without embroidery; 10-12 days to finish the embroidery or printing samples.We will ship the sample by DHL (3-4 days to arrive at your place)
3) Q: What's your sample charge? And what's the sample shipping cost?
A: Our sample charge is USD 25-30 each piece or set; if you make 3-4 samples each design each color, the price will be USD 15-20 each piece. The sample shipping cost is USD 25 if the total weight is below 0.5kg by DHL. Of course we can also choose cheap way according to your needs
4) Q: What's your order delivery time and payment term?
A: Order delivery time is 15-18 days without embroidery ; 20-25 days with embroidery.
We get 30%-50% deposit and the balance before shipment.
Our payment is bank transfer, Western Union; if small amount payment, we can accept paypal.

A: Of course. We can accept your designs.
