Q1:Can we get a sample for reference?

A:Of course.We can send you free sample(A4 size).If you require the size bigger than A4 size,please pay for the sample charge and postage.The charge can be returned when there is a firm order.

Q2:Are all meter size samples need client pay for sample charge?

A:Of course not.If there are some in stock,we can supply 1 meters for free.

Q3:How can I get a price of needed  fabric?

A:1.Please give exactly fabric tech. data, so that we could quote the available price and send you correct sample according to it. 

2.You can send us a sample,we can give you a counter sample and price according to it.

3.If you don't know the details of the fabric,you can email us the pictures & the usage of it, we can offer you an estimated price according to our experience.But exactly price will be offered after you confirm our sample.

Q4:May I get a cheaper price?

A:A workable discount will be given if there is a large quantity.

Q5:Do you accept small quantity order?

A:Yes,small order is welcomed.We would like to grow up with you together.

Q6:I am a designer,can you produce the items by my design?

A:All of our items are make-to-order. So it is not a problem to product items by your design.

Q7:What is about your payment?

A:T/T or L/C is acceptable.The other payment is negotiable.

Q8:What kind of transport service can you provid?

A:FOB & CNF are  the usual ways.

Q9:What is your quality guarantee?

A: If you have Chines agency,the best way is to do inspection before shipment.

If not,you can check it after you receive cargo. If there are any quality defect found in one week,we will afford the cost depends on the exact situation.

Q10:What is your lead time?

A:The lead time is various according to fabric.14-20 days is enough for most fabric within 100000 meters. If you need it urgently,we will try our best to make it in time.
