1.   Description

This steel wire surface pre-treatment equipment is our patent product, it has two parts, one is the descaling part, the other part is the row brushing part.

The mechanical descaling part has 4 descaling wheels and the wheel effective diameter is 75mm. The structure is welded by steel and iron plate with a scale collector is in the bottom. The four wheels are tilt mounted at an angle of 90°. Sheller wheel uses alloy material, each fixed frame has three sheller wheels. The wheels are adjustable according to the situation of oxide content, then the steel wire surface oxidation pison scattered, broken and fall into the collector, then the wire goes to the row brush machine.

The row brush part is composed of two unit brush rollers, each roller is driven by a 2.2kw frequency motor, the rotation direction is one positive and one negative. The inlet wire diameter fix die can be changed according to the wire rod diameter. Row brushes are arranged in the special manufactured rotation spindle, are 90°successively installed, row brush always stick to do rotary friction. The spindle is directly connected to the motor through the belt, the inverter control the spindle rotation speed. It has the safety shield and observe window hole on top and the dust collector in the bottom.

The material of descaling wheel is Tungsten carbide.
