Cleanmo’s CM-PS714M Cleanroom Microfiber Swabs feature a patent-pending micro fiber fabric over foam tip bonded to a polypropylene shaft resulting in a swab that is soft, conformable to work surfaces, yet both resistant to abrasion and solvents. Cleanmo for the first time offer the cleaning
performance of micro fiber fabrics with the scratch free properties of foam for Optics, HDD, Semiconductor and Biomedicalapplications.
Cleanmo Cleanroom Microfiber Swabs also employ a static dissipative handle for ESD sensitiveapplications.

Microfiber Swab Features:
Swabs: microfiber head with polypropylene handle.
Head Material of microfiber swab: 3000 series cloth, but little thicker than current 3000 series wipes, current wipes is 110 gram, but the swab cloth is 130 gram. More softer to clean the sensing element,and the smooth surface,not easy to scratch the surface.
Double layered of microfiber swabs: Except for PS758LM ，PS759LM，PS759M，All types are double layered，and all the inner layer is polyester outside layer is microfiber which make it more abrasion-resisting
Sterizilation:cloth swab can via EO(high pressure) steriailation ,the temperature can reach 121℃ (degree centigrade), Better to last 30 minutes .The temperature is rising slowly,so no change for the swab,won't produce any damage.
The cloth swabs can be used together with alcohol、 acetone 、IPA 、lubricating oil and other solvent.
