Main Features

\tMaterial frame is equipped with horizontal adjusting platform to assure the correct position of material supply;
\tThe middle part of non-woven material is folded by the machine;
\tElastic material is brought to steady traction by tensioner during conveying elastic material;
\tAutomatic Counter is applied;
\tThree Sets of Ultrasonic Units are applied;
\tAutomatically controlled by converter;
\tLength Deviation: -1~2mm;
\tMax Width Deviation:-1~1mm;
\tThe max deviation between the welding position at the two ends and centre of the total distance is 1.5 mm.
