1. Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A:1)The box style(which you can choose from the normal box stylr accoring to the box shape picture)

2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)

3) The material and surface treatment.

4) The printing colors

5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or designs for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference

2. Q: Can i get a sample before mass production?

A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for you to check the quality and design. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on the sample. 

3. Q: How long can i get the sample?

A: After receiving the sample fee and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample leadtime is about 3-5 business days and it will take 3-5  business days as well delivery to your address.

4. Q: How long is the mass production leadtime?

A: Usually it would spend 20-30 days from the date of artwork or sample approval, rush order can be accepted as well.

5. Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A: Normally, the sample cost can be refundable once the amount up to USD10,000 for each artwork. 

6. Q: Do you have stock paper box for sale?

A: All our products are designed and made according to customer's requirements. We have no standard lines available from stock. 

7. Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: As a general rule, our MOQ is 1000pcs. Although on occasions we have orders for less than 1000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when compared with the 1000 pcs order.
